Geotextile tube is one of proven, cost-effective geosynthetic containers for a variety of shoreline protection and marine construction projects. Our standard geotextile tube for coastline protection is exceptionally valuable for protecting shorelines from erosion, particularly during hurricanes and tropical storms. The geotextile tubes are hydraulically filled on site with a sand/water slurry. While the water drains out through the permeable geotextile encasement, the sand is retained within the tube. By using geotextile tube to change wave patterns, millions of dollars are saved in reducing property damage or expense for re-nourishing beaches.
